Effect of Amendment, Repeal or New Rule

Any amendment, repeal, or adoption of a new Rule shall not affect any action taken or right accrued under the Rule prior to such amendment, repeal, or adoption.
The Exchange or Clearinghouse shall provide notice of any amendment, repeal, or adoption of a new Rule to all Participants and Clearing Members.
