Bitnomial Exchange, LLC & Bitnomial Clearinghouse, LLC Rulebook

By accessing, or entering any order into, the Exchange, and without any need for any further action, undertaking or agreement, each Participant, Authorized User, Customer and Clearing Member agrees: (1) to be bound by, and comply with, the Rules and Applicable Law, in each case to the extent applicable to it, him or her, and (2) to become subject to the jurisdiction of the Exchange and the Clearinghouse with respect to any and all matters arising from, related to, or in connection with, the status, actions or omissions of such Participant, Authorized User, Customer or Clearing Member.
