Bitnomial Exchange, LLC & Bitnomial Clearinghouse, LLC Rulebook

By initiating, executing, or clearing any transaction on or subject to the Rules of the Exchange or the Clearinghouse, and without any need for any further action, undertaking or agreement, each Participant, Authorized User, Customer and Clearing Member agrees: (1) to be bound by, and comply with, the Rules and Applicable Law, in each case to the extent applicable, and (2) to become subject to the jurisdiction of the Exchange and the Clearinghouse with respect to any and all matters arising from, related to, or in connection with, the status, actions or omissions of such Participant, Authorized User, Customer or Clearing Member.
