BTP Version 4
BTP version 4 adds order entry support for post-only orders, per-order CTI codes on attributed opens, and order
state echoed on Ack, Closed, and Fill messages. On the pricefeed, version 4 adds per-session product subscriptions
(sessions still default to all products), and both the pricefeed and the order entry gateway gain List Products

Version 4 is not yet finalized and additional changes may be announced before it is available.
